the room needed a lot of maintenance work. the bed extension bottom padding came off. sockets were burnt, bedside table lamps wobbled, and the wardrobe sliding door was noisy. the mini bar was not working.

Excellent Service, Prime Location!
helpful staff amazing location easy access super clean hotel
The staff felt super friendly and helpful, especially Rizwan at the front desk. The location is amazing, super close to the airport. It made getting around easy with taxis just outside. I thought the hotel itself was super clean, it was a delight.
The charging points in the room weren't in the best spots, I had to use an extension cord.

There's a lovely rooftop pool that I used every day. The gym looked well-equipped with several treadmills and weights. Everything looked clean, it makes you feel relaxed.

The hotel is very close to the airport, a quick taxi ride. The proximity to Deira Mall felt super convenient for shopping. The metro is close, I walked there easily.

Breakfast had many options with fruits, tea and coffee. There was a nice variety to choose from. I saw juices, water and yogurt, it pleased me.

spacious room airport view city center miss cleaning limited breakfast old furniture
the room was spacious. it had a nice airport view with wall-to-ceiling windows. the location is near a metro subway. it is also near deira city center.
room cleaning was hit and miss. some days the room wasn't cleaned or restocked. breakfast options could improve. the furniture felt old.

complimentary parking great food convenient access
I appreciated the complimentary parking. A significant advantage! the restaurant offered a great food selection, i found options to satisfy my taste. the location offered convenient access to nearby shopping centers. It made exploring quite easy.
the gym had limited equipment, this was a slight inconvenience.

The beautiful king room had a large bed and a separate seating area. It offered plenty of space to relax. i found the room well-kept. the bathroom featured both a bathtub and a shower. This added to the convenience.
